For my 22nd birthday I was given the AT PL120 turntable by Audio-Technica. I have never used any sort of turntable before this one, so I'm sorry if I can't answer any questions you may have about it. I'm a total newcomer to vinyl in general (just started collecting this year). It's a pretty nice piece of equipment for the price - you can get it for 0 on Amazon.
